Tithing

Tithing is a basic duty of the chosen children. When you offer the portion of the number one, that is, the number of God, you set up the condition of having offered the portion of the number nine. Therefore, you must think more of this one-tenth than of the remainder.

Sunday is the day of tithing, not your own day. Thus, it is the day when you obey God as He commands. It is a sin to use that which belongs to God as if it were your own.

Tithing applies to all things. Even in a school, one out of every ten classrooms should be used as a free class for unfortunate children.

I must dedicate one of my own children to Heaven. If you cannot do that, then you must at least educate a child from another family and dedicate him to Heaven.

Tithing in Church life is such that ten families must support one leader. Without doing this, they cannot receive heavenly citizenship.

Ten people who live nearby must support one heavenly man.

VIII. Official Money

Official money is like a seed. When sown, it must come to bear fruit. If it does not, everything will be taken away.

If anyone is not strict about not using official money for his private purpose, he will eventually fall away. Watch and wait. I know what will happen, but I wait for that time to present itself.

Official money which I distribute should not be spent without permission.

Those who are not exemplary in this respect will not retain their position. Wait and see. If the victorious standard on the national level is established, official money will no longer be necessary. But if we ignore the meaning of official money now, there would be no way for the nation to be restored. Therefore, we must endure this situation.

IX. Holy Salt

To sanctify a thing with holy salt, sprinkle holy salt in cross directions, from north to south and from east and west, after praying, "I bless this in the names of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, the True Parents, and [your name]."

Holy salt is like yeast. It is our basic rule to sanctify things with it when we buy them and that we sanctify ourselves with it at the door when we come back home from the outside world.

Things which have been sanctified should never be given away to the satanic world. But when you cannot prevent that from happening, give them out with the left hand.

When selling property that has been sanctified, it is our basic principle to do so only after obtaining the approval of the three stages of the local, regional and national headquarters.

X. Holy Ground

Holy ground is the central land which Heaven visits. Holy ground should be bought and then never sold. Visit holy ground often, and when you sleep, sleep as close to it as possible.

Holy ground is the meeting place of heavenly sons and daughters.

Holy ground is protected by the heavenly generals (i.e., angels).

You are the ones whose bodies must be buried in the holy ground of God when you die.

The standard of victory won in Korea has to be connected to the worldwide scale. That is, we need land in the world because the children of Korea raised all mankind up to the level of Adam and Eve before the Fall. This is the reason why holy grounds were made in the world.

Holy ground is like a miniature Korean peninsula.

Those crops harvested in holy ground can be used without being sanctified.

If one owns land bigger than holy ground, he will be accused by Satan. Our Family's devotion to heavenly land must be greater than that of everyday people to their own land.
